Years ago I wrote some scripts to import and edit pdb (Brookhaven Protein Data Bank) files in Rhino3D. However due to the complex nature of proteins, vbScript is too cumbersome a language to write such tools in. I started with a VB.NET version today, just to see how easy and fast it was. I'm not sure at this moment if I have any spare time left to invest into such a tangent project. We'll see...
